We are preparing for the Veterans Day Concert in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. The concert is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the school gymnasium.
There is an essay contest for 5th grade students. The necessary papers are included in Jpeg format below. They are also available at school.
In addition to this, 5th grade students who would like to may audition to sing "The Star Spangled Banner" for the start of the concert. The music for this song is also included at the following link.

This week we have read this book in class. It is to help students understand an example of exploring the themes for the essay contest, as well as understanding the many things America means to so many people.
